Any automated access requires explicit prior written authorization from ProSidian.
You may not:

- Mine or harvest data for analytics or commercial purposes
- Use Site Content to train, fine-tune, validate, benchmark, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ProSidian and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief relating to intellectual property or data security, disputes shall be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration administered in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Class actions and jury trials are waived. Permitted court proceedings shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
Export Controls And Sanctions
You may not access or use the Site in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, or affiliated with, any restricted jurisdiction or sanctioned party.
Changes To These Terms
ProSidian may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement; Severability; No Waiver
These Terms, together with the Policies and any Additional Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ProSidian regarding your use of the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver.
