ProSidian Policy – Small Business and Small Disadvantaged Business

Empowering Opportunity.  Advancing Equity.  Delivering Value.

At ProSidian, our commitment to inclusion extends beyond our internal culture to how we conduct business with clients, partners, and suppliers.  We believe that small businesses, minority-owned enterprises, and small disadvantaged businesses (SDBs) are vital to innovation, competition, and economic growth.

As a mission-driven Management and Operations Consulting Firm, ProSidian is dedicated to helping forward-thinking clients solve problems, improve operations, and deliver sustainable impact.  Our philosophy of collaboration and equitable opportunity drives how we engage subcontractors, suppliers, and teaming partners across all projects and contract vehicles.

Policy Statement

It is the policy of ProSidian Consulting, LLC (“ProSidian”) that minor business concerns, small, disadvantaged businesses, women-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone-certified companies shall have the maximum practicable opportunity to participate in the performance of federal, state, and commercial contracts.

This commitment applies to all contracts and procurements undertaken by ProSidian.  It aligns with the intent of Public Laws 95-507, 99-661, and 100-18, which emphasize the inclusion of diverse enterprises in the federal contracting ecosystem.

ProSidian’s leadership and management are committed to ensuring that qualified small and diverse business partners are considered fairly and competitively for subcontractor, supplier, and team participant roles on all applicable projects and procurement opportunities.

Implementation and Oversight

To ensure complete and effective execution of this policy, ProSidian has designated a Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on the firm’s Small Business Subcontracting and Supplier Diversity Program.

The SBLO works collaboratively with business units, contract managers, and procurement teams to:

  • Identify qualified small and disadvantaged businesses for subcontracting opportunities.
  • Promote equitable participation across all eligible categories of minor business concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and applicable Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
  • Track subcontracting performance and maintain transparent reporting in accordance with government standards.
  • Partner with small enterprises to strengthen capabilities, improve competitiveness, and foster long-term strategic alliances.

Alignment with Our Mission, Vision, and Values

Our Mission, Vision, and Values define how we serve our clients and communities:

  • Mission: To provide a Structured Approach to Strategic Solutions that help clients achieve measurable results and sustained success.
  • Vision: To be recognized as a trusted business advisor known for quality, ethics, and innovation.
  • Values: Collaboration, integrity, respect, and continuous improvement guide how we lead and engage.

These values directly influence our supplier diversity efforts, reinforcing our belief that inclusive procurement is not just a regulatory requirement—it’s a business imperative that strengthens the value we deliver to clients and the communities we serve.
