ProSidian Policy – Equal Opportunity And Affirmative Action Statement

Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion

At ProSidian, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are fundamental to our success as a global management consulting firm.  We are committed to fostering a workplace where every individual is respected, valued, and empowered to contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our mission of delivering Structured Approaches to Strategic Solutions.

ProSidian is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.  We ensure that all employment-related decisions — including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, benefits, and professional development — are made without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Policy Implementation and Oversight

ProSidian’s Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action initiatives are designed to uphold fairness, transparency, and accountability in all aspects of employment.  We maintain an Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) that accurately reflects our current practices, ongoing actions, and future goals for cultivating an inclusive and equitable workplace.

The Managing Principals of ProSidian fully endorse this policy and affirm our collective responsibility for its success.  Oversight and implementation are assigned to the Director of Human Resources, who monitors personnel actions and ensures adherence to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) objectives across all business units.

All levels of management share responsibility for advancing this policy.  Leaders and supervisors are expected to:

  1. Ensure that all employment actions — including hiring, training, promotion, compensation, and performance management — are based solely on job-related criteria.
  2. Promote equal employment opportunities through proactive outreach, fair evaluation, and equitable treatment.
  3. Enforce workplace policies that prohibit discrimination, bias, and harassment in any form.
  4. Continuously review and refine departmental practices to align with the principles of this policy.

Key Affirmative Action Principles

ProSidian’s Affirmative Action Program (AAP) supports measurable progress toward achieving a diverse and inclusive workforce.  The program includes, but is not limited to, the following commitments:

  • Recruitment and Hiring: We actively seek diverse candidates and ensure that all applicants are evaluated on merit, experience, and potential contribution to ProSidian’s success.
  • Training and Professional Development: We provide equitable access to learning opportunities, mentorship, and career advancement programs.
  • Promotion and Advancement: Promotion decisions are grounded in objective performance criteria and aligned with equal employment opportunity principles.
  • Compensation, Benefits, and Workplace Programs: All compensation, benefits, transfers, layoffs, recalls, training, education, tuition assistance, and social programs are administered without discrimination and in compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.

Non-Retaliation And Protection

ProSidian prohibits retaliation against any individual who:

  • Files or participates in an Equal Employment Opportunity or Affirmative Action complaint.
  • Reports discriminatory conduct; or
  • Exercise their rights under this policy or any applicable law.

We will not tolerate harassment, intimidation, coercion, or discrimination against any person engaging in protected activity.  Every report will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed in accordance with ProSidian’s internal procedures and legal obligations.
