Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Policy

Commitment to Pay Equity and Transparency

At ProSidian, we are committed to maintaining a workplace defined by fairness, integrity, and transparency in all employment practices, including compensation. Consistent with federal regulations and our core values, ProSidian upholds a Pay Transparency Nondiscrimination Policy to ensure that All Employees, Contractors, Fellows, Collaborating Partners, and applicants are free to discuss or inquire about compensation without fear of retaliation or adverse action.

Policy Statement

ProSidian will not discharge, discipline, or otherwise discriminate against any employee or applicant because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own compensation or the compensation of another employee or applicant. Employees and applicants are entitled to transparency in pay discussions as part of our ongoing commitment to equity and open communication.

However, employees who have access to others’ compensation information as part of their essential job functions are subject to specific confidentiality requirements. Such employees may not disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to that information, unless the disclosure is:

  1. In response to a formal complaint or charge.
  2. In furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including investigations conducted by ProSidian or a government agency; or
  3. Consistent with ProSidian’s legal obligation to provide information under applicable law or regulation.

This policy is implemented in accordance with 41 CFR § 60-1.35(c) and reflects ProSidian’s ongoing commitment to compliance, transparency, and equitable compensation practices.

Our Philosophy on Pay Equity

ProSidian believes that transparency builds trust — both within our teams and with the clients and communities we serve. Our compensation practices are structured to be competitive, equitable, and performance-based, ensuring that pay decisions reflect the skills, experience, contributions, and market value of each role. We regularly review compensation structures and related employment practices to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to reinforce our mission of fairness, opportunity, and accountability across the organization.
