ProSidian — Careers Privacy Notice
Last Updated: April 2025
ProSidian Consulting, LLC collects and processes Personal Information (PI) from Prospects and Applicants who engage with the company through various recruiting channels, including its Careers website, Workday platform, email, social media, and live events. The information gathered includes identity, contact, and professional details, along with limited Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) needed to assess qualifications, manage communications, and handle hiring and onboarding processes. This Careers Privacy Notice complements ProSidian’s general Website Privacy and Cookie Policies, describing how data is obtained from applicants, referrals, third-party sources, and public platforms. All processing complies with applicable privacy laws and legal grounds, such as legitimate interests, consent, contractual necessity, and legal obligations under statutes such as the GDPR and state privacy regulations.
The gathered information supports recruitment activities, including application review, interview scheduling, talent pipeline management, and compliance reporting. ProSidian restricts SPI collection to lawful and necessary uses, such as background checks, work eligibility, and diversity reporting. It uses responsible AI-powered tools for tasks such as keyword matching and scheduling, while maintaining human oversight and allowing candidates to request a human review. Additionally, website and platform analytics—covering IP addresses, browser types, and engagement metrics—are used to enhance performance, security, and the user experience. Applicants maintain control over communication preferences, with clear options to unsubscribe from emails, opt out of text messages, and adjust advertising and data-sharing settings through “Do Not Sell or Share” mechanisms.
ProSidian emphasizes privacy rights and data protection by implementing strong administrative, technical, and organizational measures. Individuals have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their PI, and to request data portability or withdraw consent when applicable. Data is kept only as long as necessary for recruiting and compliance purposes and is deleted or de-identified once no longer needed. International data transfers to ProSidian’s U.S.-based systems are handled through approved legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. Only authorized personnel and vetted third-party vendors—including applicant tracking and background screening partners—manage candidate data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Disclosures of PI are made solely for legitimate and operational reasons, such as complying with regulations, protecting ProSidian’s rights or assets, or in connection with lawful business activities like mergers or acquisitions under appropriate safeguards. De-identified data sets may be created for analytics and reporting but are never re-identified unless legally permitted. ProSidian minimizes SPI use, maintains transparency through regular policy updates, and provides clear channels for questions or complaints through its Privacy And Compliance Office. This Notice, updated in April 2025, reaffirms ProSidian’s ongoing commitment to secure, ethical, and compliant management of all recruiting-related personal information.
